Scott's Burgers started as a passion project in 2019, a San Diego pop-up built around one simple idea: fresh beef, hot griddle, serious smash. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just a burger that tastes like someone actually cared about making it.
Who's Behind It?
Scott is a web designer by day and a burger smasher by night, a San Diego local who got obsessed with smash burgers and turned that obsession into a catering operation. He and Phillip show up early, set up clean, cook everything fresh, and make sure your guests leave full. That's the whole deal.
