Guest Count
The biggest factor. More guests means more beef, more buns, and more time on the griddle. Tell us your best estimate — we build the quote around it.
Location
Where in San Diego County your event is. We cover the whole county, and your spot is simply factored into the quote — no surprises later.
Date & Day of Week
Saturdays and peak season book fastest. If your date is flexible, a weekday or off-season event gives you more options.
Add-Ons
French fries from the mobile fryer, bacon, spicy chipotle aioli, Oklahoma-style onions. Add-ons are optional — the core burger bar stands on its own.
Service Time
How long we cook and serve. A quick office lunch and an all-evening wedding after-party are different events, and the quote reflects that.
